After 370,000 tickets sold in Canada, comedian SUGAR SAMMY hits France!

Now 20 shows on sale at l’Européen theatre in Paris.

Following 1,400 shows in 28 countries in English, French, Hindi and Punjabi, including one performance in front of 115,000 people at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, comedian Sugar Sammy has arrived in France!

After honing his material during 42 sold-out preview shows at the legendary Point-Virgule in Paris, Sugar Sammy will be making his home at L’Européen theatre for 20 evenings, starting March 1, 2017. This marks the official launch of a show written specifically for French audiences and performed in the American stand-up tradition: one man, one mic, no holds barred!

In his own inimitable, rapid-fire style, the charismatic and provocative performer will showcase his famously audacious and hard-hitting humour as he takes on all comers: men and women, rich and poor, Canadians and Americans, minorities... and especially the French! Pulling no punches, he will expertly expose their idiosyncrasies and have his say on all today’s hottest issues. French audiences won’t be able to get enough!

For his French producer, Sugar Sammy has chosen Thierry Suc, president of TS3 (, a 3S Entertainment group company, a subsidiary of FIMALAC. Suc’s company has produced tours by various major artists in France, including Stevie Wonder, Santana, David Bowie, Mylène Farmer, Florence Foresti, Jean-Jacques Goldman, Calogero, Henri Salvador, Muriel Robin, Valérie Lemercier and Kendji Girac.
